A New Generation Gas Chromatograph with Simple Operation and Good Performance
GC-2014C is a high-performance model independently produced by Suzhou Factory, one of global analytical instrument supply bases in Shimadzu. It inherits and integrates the high scalability of GC-14 series and the simple operation of GC-2014. It provides complete solutions for petrochemical industry, food analysis, environmental monitoring and many other fields with high cost performance.


The models are flexible and diverse, and the configuration is arbitrary

GC-2014C gas chromatograph can provide both full manual flow control models and full automatic flow control models to meet different analysis requirements.
The full-automatic flow control model adopts the same electronic flow control unit (AFC) as GC-2010 series and GC-2014 series, which realizes high-precision gas flow control, provides constant pressure, constant flow and Shimadzu's unique "carrier gas constant linear velocity" control mode, improves the reproducibility of retention time and peak area, and realizes accurate analysis.

All Chinese Operation Interface and Software
The large LCD display screen of the fully Chinese supports real-time monitoring of the injection port, column oven and detector, and can observe the obtained chromatogram in real time. The graphical interface can clearly guide the setting of analysis conditions and avoid wrong operation. The built-in help function can be easily mastered without operation training.
Use the self-inspection function to confirm whether the device is running normally. Periodic self-inspection can prevent accidental shutdown.
In addition, it is equipped with GCsolution Lite workstation in Chinese, which not only has rich functions such as parameter setting, data acquisition, data processing, report making, etc., but also meets GMP/GLP and other laws and regulations, and supports FDA 21 CFR Part 11.

Excellent scalability can meet various requirements
According to the target composition and analysis purpose, 4 injection units and 5 detectors can be selected. By means of unit addition, various optional items such as sampling unit, detector and autosampler can be conveniently added after the device is purchased. Up to 3 injection units and 4 detectors can be installed simultaneously.
40mm threaded glass columns of Shimadzu GC-7, 9, 12, 14, 15 and 16 series can be used to effectively utilize column resources.

The increase in the size of the column incubator is beneficial to the replacement of columns.

Varieties of injection unit, and small high sensitivity detector
- DINJ-2014 Double Packing Injection Unit
Designed for FID and TCD dual flow analysis. Both flow paths use same one temperature control channel.

- SPL-2014 Split/Splitless Sample Injection Unit
As standard, it can be used for high-speed analysis of narrow-bore columns. The carrier gas saving function can reduce the usage of carrier gas. High pressure injection function comes standard.

Detector
FID-2014 hydrogen flame ionization detector
It is suitable for the detection of all organic compounds and comes standard with automatic ignition and automatic re-ignition functions. By installing APC or solenoid valve assembly, the feedback function of automatically cutting off gas supply when hydrogen flame goes out can be realized. There are two types of single FID and double FID.
 

TCD-2014 Thermal Conductivity Detector
It is suitable for the analysis of organic gases and concentrated organic compounds. TCD-2014 is a semi-diffusion detection cell, which can reduce pollution and prolong the service life of the detection cell. Equipped with automatic filament protection circuit.
 

ECD-2014 Electron Capture Detector
It is suitable for the analysis of electronegative compounds. Using a detection cell similar to ECD-14, radioactive sources can be shared. High sensitivity is obtained by improving the thermal insulation of the pool and reducing pollution.
 

FPD-2014 flame photometric detector
It is suitable for the analysis of organic sulfur compounds and organic phosphorus compounds, such as the analysis of residual pesticides and malodorous components. Based on FPD-2010, the nozzle system is newly designed to support packed column analysis while ensuring high sensitivity. FPD-2014 has a higher upper limit of temperature (350 ℃).
 

FTD-2014 Flame Thermionic Detector
It is suitable for analyzing organic nitrogen compounds and organic phosphorus compounds, such as pesticide residues. The detector design with FTD-14 structure can use the collector on FTD-14 and FTD-17 to support packed column analysis.
 

FTD-2014C Flame Thermionic Detector
It is suitable for analyzing organic nitrogen compounds and organic phosphorus compounds, such as pesticide residues. A special detector for capillary column with FTD-2010 structure was adopted. No tools are required to replace the collector. Use the optional alkali source regeneration kit to reduce operating costs.
